This sensor measures the rainfall using a tipping bucket of known size
Data Definition
- _id internal id
- station_id - relates to the Hull University - all Hull University sensors have the same station_id
- lsid - relates to the node that the sensor is attached to - some nodes have multiple sensors
- rain_rate_hi_at - time of higest rain in last 24 hours - time in unix epoch (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time )
- rain_rate_hi_last_15_min_clicks - number of buckets filled in the last 15 mins
