Scoot Loop - Volume and Speed

This real-time data contains details of SCOOT loops on highways in Hull. SCOOT loops are installed at traffic signals, and are used to measure traffic congestion. The data is provided as a RESTful API.

The speed data is in KPH.

The speed data is yet to be verified and as such should be not be relied upon.

The data is updated every 5 minutes and is available for each scoot loop or a combined geojson file - this is refreshed every 5 minutes.

The volume and speed data is an average over the 5 minute period.
