parking_totals.json
This file is updated every 5 minutes with the current information from the carparks that Hull City Council is monitoring. It contains detailed information on each carpark, such as capacity, current number of occupied spaces, free spaces etc as well as a total for all monitored car parks.
The file should be stateless and provide all the information required to present the car park geographically as well as their current situation.
The timestamps used are UTC time - please add/remove time to get your current time zone (e.g. BST)
